“They didnt have breakfast for us which I thought it was included! The room was ok. It was the air conditioner that had a terrible noise. It sounded like a plane was taking off or landing. They had only 2 luggage carts!!! Unbelievable I purchased insurance as well, can I get any money back? Charged us $16 to park in a handicap spot. We should be compensated for this hotel.”

“I stayed 3 nights but the second day our room was not cleaned or serviced. I found the room in that condition around 5:00 pm when I returned to my room. I talked to the representative at the front desk and she did arrange for the room to be cleaned and serviced. I am really disappointed that this type of poor service occurred. I have stayed at this Embassy suites multiple-days in the past.”

“I enjoyed the central location of this property and it's quietness. My 1st trip they upgraded me to a full fledged suite which we enjoyed and appreciated after our second stay. During my first trip the TV was not functioning properly and the cheerful maintenance man came up immediately with a whole new TV. Our second trip was last minute and could only get a King studio on the 5th floor with no upgrades, we booked a 2 night stay. We were treated to a countertop of German cockroaches that...

“The hotel was beautiful! The staff kept it well maintained and were really helpful! The only thing that decreased my rating was that the walls were very thin. The neighbors were playing music and having intimate time together in the late hours of the night. It was very difficult to sleep. The staff was super responsive during this event but i wish there was someone on site to help with things like this.”

“I think there are several worker families living in the hotel. We had two nights with loud parties in adjacent rooms Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Front desk staff very friendly. Homeless and tweakers all around the property. It was ok overall”
